Taylor Arrubla Hardwick maintains an active real estate closing practice, having been involved in over 10,000 residential and commercial real estate transactions since the firm was formed.  Measured by title premium volume, the firm has been the largest agent in north Florida for its principal underwriter, Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund (now operating in a joint venture with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company) for seven of the last nine years.  Attorneys Jim and Mary have served on The Fund’s Circuit Advisory Team for northeast Florida for nine of the last eleven years.  In the last few years, Jim has twice been retained, by a national title insurer and also by a national financing company, to testify as an expert on title insurance in large, state-wide class action lawsuits.
